The fourth AI Creative Summit comes to BFI Southbank in London on 11 November, and 30 of its tickets are free for freelancers.

Screen Daily reported the full 2026 line-up on 7 October. Paid passes are on sale on the summit's registration page.

Now in its fourth year, the Summit has sold out its last three editions. For 2026 it takes over the whole BFI Southbank for the first time and runs three parallel content streams, up from a single programme. Broadcast reports that more than 600 attendees are expected.

Eline Van der Velden, founder and CEO of Particle 6 and the creative force behind the AI-generated actor Tilly Norwood, gives the opening keynote conversation. Producer David Barron (Harry Potter, Cinderella) and director Simon Rumley (Fashionista) walk through how AI tools fed into their adaptation of Jack London's The Call of the Wild, alongside nmatic.ai CEO Nick Price. Actress Alice Krige and director Andy de Emmony take on protecting human performance, and a VFX session features Framestore's creative director for AI Theo Jones, Outpost VFX CEO Duncan McWilliam and nmatic.ai's Carl Lyttle. The official programme lists themes from rights and responsible AI to production workflows, skills and the next generation, and regulation.

The first release of 100 tickets at £415 sold out. Priority passes cost £455 plus VAT, after the organisers added 50 more at that tier, and the price climbs to £505 and then £570 as later releases open, per the ticket page. A pass covers all three content streams and the exhibition areas with refreshments through the day; lunch is not included. Tickets are non-refundable but transferable up to 24 hours before the event.

The 30 free passes go to freelancers who might not otherwise attend, through Prime Video Pathway, the streamer's training initiative, Screen Daily and Broadcast both reported on 8 October. Applicants prove freelance status with a LinkedIn or Talent Manager profile, or equivalent, and email aicreativesummit@mbi.london. Passes are first come, first served once credentials are confirmed.

Freelancers can apply by emailing aicreativesummit@mbi.london, and paid passes at £455 plus VAT are on the registration page.
