Key takeaways

  • Alibaba's Wan 3.0 leads Artificial Analysis's text-to-video Elo leaderboard at 1160, as of October 2, 2026, with Utopai X second at 1151 and Dreamina Seedance 2.5 third at 1144.
  • Google's Gemini Omni Flash 1.1 ranks eighth at Elo 1116 on the updated AA-Video-T2V v2.0 board, which fixes Kling 3.0 1080p (Pro) at 1000 as its reference point.
  • MiniMax H3 Max costs $0.08 per second at 768p and $0.05 at 480p on MiniMax's own pay-as-you-go pricing page.
  • Kling 3.0 at 1080p with native audio costs $0.168 per second on Kuaishou's developer pricing page.

Alibaba's Wan 3.0 holds first place on Artificial Analysis's text-to-video leaderboard with an Elo score of 1160, as of October 2, 2026. Utopai X, a model built on MiniMax's H3, is second at 1151, and ByteDance Seed's Dreamina Seedance 2.5 is third at 1144. Google's Gemini Omni Flash 1.1 ranks eighth at 1116, and MiniMax's H3 Max, a version of H3 post-trained by fal, is fifth at 1133.

The board now carries the label AA-Video-T2V v2.0 and a new fixed reference point: Kling 3.0 1080p (Pro) is pinned at exactly 1000 as the anchor for the scale, which is why the scores across the field read lower than in earlier published versions of the same ranking. Tech Times reported on September 30 that the board then placed Kling 3.0 12th at 1095, contradicting a "Kling fourth" claim that had circulated in coverage of Kling 4.0.

The ranking runs on blind pairwise voting. Real users watch two unlabeled clips generated from the same prompt and pick the one they prefer, without knowing which model made either. Artificial Analysis turns those votes into Elo, the same rating system chess uses to rank players who have never met. Every score carries a 95 percent confidence interval, and those intervals overlap through the top five: Wan 3.0's range runs from 1151 to 1169, Utopai X's from 1141 to 1161, Dreamina Seedance 2.5's from 1135 to 1153, MiniMax H3's from 1128 to 1146 and MiniMax H3 Max's from 1122 to 1144. Calling any one of them the outright winner overstates what a nine-point gap with error bars that wide proves.

Sample sizes vary too. Gemini Omni Flash 1.1's eighth place rests on 7,818 head-to-head votes, Wan 3.0's on 7,593, Dreamina Seedance 2.5's on 7,539, and MiniMax H3 Max's on 5,531.

Two Kling entries bracket the anchor: Kling 3.0 Omni 1080p (Pro) is 15th at 1018, and Kling 3.0 1080p (Pro) is the fixed 1000. Tech Times traced the "fourth place" claim to Kuaishou's own promotional materials, including an internal claim of a 247 percent win rate against Google's Veo 3.1 Fast that independent testers have not reproduced. Kling 4.0, announced September 28 with a 30-second, 4K claim still listed as "coming soon," has not been rated on the board; its full public release is expected in October.

Pricing tells a separate story from the Elo ranking. On MiniMax's own pay-as-you-go page, MiniMax H3 Max costs $0.08 per second at 768p and $0.05 at 480p, while base MiniMax H3 costs $0.13 per second at 2K. Slash Digital's September review prices Wan 3.0 from $0.05 per second at 480p to $0.20 at 1080p. Kuaishou's own developer pricing lists Kling 3.0 at 1080p with native audio at $0.168 per second. Google's Gemini API rate of $17.50 per million output tokens, billed at a fixed 5,792 tokens per second of 720p video, works out to about $0.10 per second for Gemini Omni Flash.
