Key takeaways

  • ElevenLabs cut the image and video credit cost on its Business plans by about 17%, per a changelog entry dated October 26, 2026.
  • Business plans on current pricing now pay the same image and video credit rate as ElevenLabs' other self-serve plans.
  • ElevenLabs' pricing page lists images at 250 to 2,650 credits each and video at 234 to 5,000 credits per second of video, ranges shared across its plans.
  • The Business plan costs $990 a month and includes 6,000,000 shared credits and 10 seats, per the pricing page.

ElevenLabs cut the credit cost of image and video generation on its Business plans by about 17 percent, the company said in a changelog entry dated October 26, 2026.

The line sits in the Billing section of the vendor's changelog: "Business plans on the current pricing pay the same image and video credit rate as other self-serve plans, about 17% fewer credits per image and per video second than before." The aggregator GraiLogic logged the change in its Pricing feed on October 31, 2026, and flags the entry as one source.

The subject is ElevenLabs Image & Video, the image and video generator that runs on the same shared credit pool as the company's voice, music and dubbing tools. It carries third-party models including Google Veo 3.1, Kling, Seedance and Runway, and video generation requires a paid plan.

The changelog states the size of the cut as a percentage; ElevenLabs does not publish a per-model credit price. The before and after is a rate alignment: a Business plan now spends the standard self-serve rate on each image and each second of video, where it previously spent more. Read backward, the old Business rate was about 1.2 times the current one (100 divided by 83 is roughly 1.2).

The plans this pricing belongs to, from the pricing page:

Plan Monthly price Included credits Seats
Free $0 10,000 1
Starter $6 30,000 1
Creator $22 121,000 1
Pro $99 600,000 1
Scale $299 1,800,000 3
Business $990 6,000,000 10

The pricing page lists Enterprise as custom. It also gives the same rates to every plan, so the cut moves Business into line with the rest: images cost between 250 and 2,650 credits each, and video costs between 234 and 5,000 credits per second, both "calculated using the lowest cost" model. SiftGuide read the same Compare plans table on October 23, 2026 and logged the Business plan at up to 44,000 images or 47,008 seconds of video a month on the cheapest model.

ElevenLabs has moved its pricing more than once this year, and September's change was the wider one. An announcement last updated September 28, 2026 cut API and agent pricing, with text to speech up to 55 percent cheaper, speech to text up to 45 percent cheaper and the agent minute on Starter down from $0.10 to $0.08, AES Tech reported. That cut was opt-in, applied with a "Switch to new pricing" button.

The Business cut only reaches teams on that plan and on current pricing. A creator on Starter, Creator or Pro already paid the standard image and video rate, and because the credits are shared across every ElevenLabs product, the saving only shows up if a team spends its pool on image and video. At the top of the published range one second of video can cost 5,000 credits, so a 17 percent trim still leaves a minute of the heaviest model running into hundreds of thousands of credits. The model a team picks moves the bill far more than the cut does.

What to watch is the next changelog entries for the same "about" framing, and whether the Compare plans image and video numbers shift to match the new Business rate.

ElevenLabs' plans are self-serve at elevenlabs.io/pricing; the change applies to Business plans on current pricing and needs no opt-in.
