Eros Innovation, the Isle of Man-headquartered AI company founded by the Lulla family, has named Emmy-nominated producer and motion capture director Remington Scott as head of Eros Imagination, a new AI-native creative technology and experiences business inside the group.
The company announced the appointment on October 29, 2026, in London. Animation World Network reported it on November 4, 2026.
Scott will lead Eros Imagination's creative production, specialist talent development and international partnerships. The unit will work alongside Eros Brahmand, Eros Innovation's film and content studio, and will pursue work with outside studios, streamers, game developers, artists and estates. Its stated capabilities span visual effects, animation, AI-assisted filmmaking, digital humans, performance capture, virtual production, immersive entertainment and gaming.
Scott's film credits include leading the motion capture for Gollum in The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers and directing the motion capture on Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within. He contributed to the first Light Stage digital humans in a feature film on Spider-Man 2, which won the Academy Award for visual effects, and supervised digital humans on Superman Returns, Beowulf and Watchmen. His game work includes Call of Duty, Assassin's Creed, Spider-Man and Just Cause, plus an Emmy-nominated Notorious B.I.G. concert.
Eros Imagination will draw on Eros Innovation's Large Cultural Model family, multimodal AI covering language, image, video, voice and music, built from a corpus of approximately 1.5 trillion rights-cleared cultural tokens. The unit will work with the company's AI research and engineering teams in India to link those models with performance capture and real-time rendering.
Among Eros Imagination's first priorities is a flagship project celebrating Indian playback singer Mohammed Rafi. Building on Eros's signed partnership with the Rafi family, the initiative will explore an immersive musical experience combining authorized digital performance, cinematic storytelling and interactive audience engagement. Eros Innovation said the project is subject to applicable rights and creative approvals.
"Artificial intelligence, digital humans, real-time production and immersive technologies are giving filmmakers and creators tools that can fundamentally expand what is possible," Scott said in a statement.
Ridhima Lulla, co-founder and co-president of Eros Innovation, said in a statement that the company is "not simply bringing together a production team and third-party AI tools," and that Eros Imagination will build on Eros's own Large Cultural Models and cultural IP.
Eros Innovation was founded by Kishore Lulla, Manju Lulla, Ridhima Lulla and Rishika Lulla Singh, building on more than four decades of Eros's film and entertainment business, including the heritage and IP of Eros Media World. It is headquartered in the Isle of Man, with operations across the U.K., India, the U.S. and the Middle East.
For creators, the launch puts another film group behind an in-house AI production arm built on its own rights-cleared catalog, a route that could compete with licensing third-party models.
Eros Innovation said further announcements on Eros Imagination's creative partnerships, projects and production capabilities will follow.
