A securities class action alleges the advertising company overstated how reliably its models improved while its generative AI video creative tool slipped.
The app says Advantage+ Creative Standard Enhancements were switched on by default and generated derivatives of its ads, and that it missed an $85,000 pre-suit demand deadline.
The advertising-focused model was post-trained on an open 22-billion-parameter base and returns a five-second 720p clip for about $0.05, the company says.
